In-Network

We will submit the bill to your insurance company on your behalf. They will determine any financial responsibility you may have based on the specifics of your individual policy. If known, your co-pay will be charged shortly after your visit. After they process the claim, which can take up to 3 months, they will determine any balance you owe and we will send you a statement for that amount. Typically with in-network insurance plans, your visit charge will be similar to that of a clinic sick visit.

Out of Network

We are happy to bill your commercial insurance for you. They may pay some, all, or none of your bill depending on your out-of-network benefits. Once they process the claim, we will send you a statement for any remaining balance up to $120.

Self-pay

$120 is your self-pay cost for a convenient evening visit with a Pediatric ER Doctor via video. You can pay this using a credit or debit card, or an HSA card. Please see FAQ or our financial policy for further details.
